I’m floored reading this article on Ustocktrade. It’s the latest in shady Wall Street activity that covers itself in the guise of wholesomeness.
Ustocktrade is pitched to us as a place where you can trade inexpensively with your peers. That’s right, it’s a closed in platform, not an actual brokerage.
Oh by the way, you don’t actually trade with your peers.
The CEO is taking positions opposite you at a price they just tell you is the best(but they promise!). And he only takes trades when it’s convenient for him.
It’s okay though, he represents himself as a cartoon Batman. He must be friendly.
The company also refers to itself as a non-profit for providing children with education in underprivileged communities.
In fact the Foundation where the funds for this non-profit is going…is ran by the CEO’s family in Sri Lanka. What a great place for a paper trail to disappear.
This type of stuff just disgusts me. There’s really not much more to say other than there’s NO reason for anybody to participate in this thing. If you want free stock trading in actual markets you can get that elsewhere.
